the project is located on a hill that has an ample overlook on agreen area ,its also looks upon the summer swimming pool related to the project which has been erected on 3000 sq.the area of the land allocated to the projects amounts to 27000 sq meter.divided in two section consists of the foot of the hill where the hotel was erected,and the other section was established on a plain area where the summer pool lies,and where other parts of the projects will be constructed.
