The exact date hasn’t been published but the operator’s pattern at other properties (Wynn Las Vegas, Wynn Macau) is to open reservations 3-6 months before opening. For Wynn Al Marjan, that puts the booking-open window in approximately October-December 2026.

If you’re not already a Wynn Insider, signing up is free and gives you access to the priority window when it opens.
The opening weekend (target late March 2027) will see significant rate premiums — expect standard rooms at 2-3x normal rack rate. Opening months typically remain elevated for 6-8 weeks before settling. If you want to attend the actual opening weekend, book early; if you want better value, target 2-3 months after opening when rates normalise.
